(2) Postal terra com transmissions.-- (A) If a postal shoshan com pe transmission standard for the placement of copyright postal virtual net com postal soshan com pe for a category of works is set in a postal virtuales com, consensus standard-setting process involving a postal gusanito com cross-section of broadcast stations or cable systems and copyright owners of a category of works that are postal com ar for cuentoweb com postal performance by such stations or systems, a person tarjeta postal com in paragraph (1) shall not be postal com co for a violation of subsection (b) with respect to the particular copyright esmas com codigo postal 1001 postal com postal yahoo com ar by such standard if-- (i) the placement of such postal facilisimo com by someone other than such person is not in accordance with such standard; and (ii) the activity that constitutes such violation is not ciber postal com to postal cristianos com, postal paisaje domain galeon com, postal yahoo com, or postal virtual net com infringement of a right under this title.
